How many times can one attempt the SSB Interview for the Indian Army TES Entry Scheme?
There is no limit on the number of SSB interview attempts. However, cut off for shortlisting of applications for SSB based
on JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL).
Candidates are to register and submit their application on the recruitment website joinindianarmy.nic.in.
To qualify for the 10+2 (B. Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme for the Executive & Technical branches, candidates must have
completed the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern) or an equivalent examination from any recognized Board.
They should have secured a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), with at least
50% in English (either in Class X or XII).
Additionally, candidates who appeared for the JEE (Main) exam for B.E/B. Tech will be assessed based on their All India
Common Rank List (CRL) published by NTA and call-ups for the Service Selection Board (SSB) will be issued accordingly.
Indian Maritime University (IMU) conducts Common Entrance Test (CET) for providing admission to its Under Graduate and
Post Graduate programmes.
IMU was set up to promote maritime studies, training, research and extension with focus on emerging areas like
oceanography, maritime history, maritime laws, maritime security, search and rescue, transportation of dangerous cargo,
environmental studies and other related fields, and to achieve excellence in these areas.

10+2/equivalent (PCM Average - Minimum 60% and minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th or 12th Examination).
Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) conduct an entrance exam in order to provide admission to
candidates in the five-year-long BS-MS dual degree programme offered by them. On the basis of a candidate’s score in the
IISER entrance exam (also known as IISER aptitude test), he/she can secure admission at IISER located in Berhampur,
Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, or Tirupati. Candidates who cleared their Class 12 in the Science
stream are eligible to apply for the IISER entrance exam. As per the IISER entrance exam pattern, there are a total of 60
objective questions that candidates need to complete in three hours duration.

One needs to take the JEE (Main) exam and either secure at least 75% marks
(65% for SC/ST/PwD) in Class XII or be within the category-wise top 20
percentile in his/her respective Class XII board examination. Read JEE Main

Admissions for all categories except OBC/BC seats are done on the basis of
rank in JEE (Main) through JoSAA Counselling and CSAB Special Round.
