Chibi Gardevoir (サーナイト)

Amigurumi Pattern
By Cindy Tran from Frog & Fasten

Psychic-type Pokémon have always been cool,

but fewer are cooler and have more sass than
Gardevoir! This Gardevoir was patterned for
an art swap that I’ve done with a fellow
Canadian Artist! Gardevoir happens to be her
favourite Pokémon and so— a Gardevoir she
received!

Gardevoir’s hair was the most intimidating

portion of the pattern for me. It requires a little
bit of patience, but I promise you that your
patience will pay off!

If you decide to try this pattern out, please

Pattern Notes
Most components of this pattern are meant to be worked in the round.

Some of the rounds will be crocheted in front loops only, in back loops only, or in both
loops. If it is not explicitly stated in the pattern, please crochet in both loops.

This pattern is free to download and use. It is not for sale and it is not to be distributed
by anyone else. If you would like to share this pattern, kindly share a link to my Ravelry,

Finishing Touches / Sewing Tips
Gardevoir’s Hair
Sew the base of the
hair first.
Use the yarn tail from ONE hair piece to crochet along the bottom of
the hairpiece. Use the second yarn tail to attach the rest of the hair
to Gardevoir’s head.

When sewing the sides of Gardevoir’s hair, attach the hair *right*
behind the ears.

When sewing on Gardevoir’s hairpiece, the lowest point of the hair

should go a few rows below her eyes. Use sewing pins to plan out
the sewing to ensure a symmetrical result.

Gardevoir’s Dress

Sew the dress panels along round 6 of Gardevoir’s body. This is the
round that was crocheted in back loops only. Sew on the dress panels
so that there is a slit in the centre of the dress. Make sure that the two
long dress panels are at the back of Gardevoir’s dress.
Congratulations! Your KIRLIA
evolved into a GARDEVOIR!
