6. **Customer Support**: Collaborating with customer-facing teams to address customer inquiries, resolve

3. **Proposal Development**: Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches
tailored to the needs of potential clients. This involves understanding client requirements, crafting compelling
value propositions, and presenting solutions that address their challenges.
4. **Sales Support**: Assisting the sales team in the sales process by providing relevant information, preparing
sales materials, and coordinating meetings or demos. BDA may also participate in negotiations and contract
discussions to facilitate deal closure.
5. **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyzing sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify
areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making. BDA may be responsible for generating reports,
dashboards, and insights to track progress and measure success.
