Instructions: Remove these cards along the lines. You must keep one card in each insured vehicle and show it to a law enforcement officer upon request.
Compare the VIN which appears on your registration to the VIN on these cards and to the VIN number on the vehicle.
If the VIN on your registration and the VIN on the vehicle do not match, you must contact the county clerk to have the VIN on the motor vehicle registration corrected. If the
VIN on these cards and the motor vehicle do not match, you must contact Progressive to have the VIN on the card corrected.
This is a personal lines motor vehicle policy and proof of coverage for the vehicles listed has been reported electronically to the Dept. of Vehicle Regulation. If the VIN is
not yet in the state database, you may be required to present a copy of the insurance card to the county clerk for issuance of a replacement plate, decal, or registration
certificate or renewal as alternative evidence of proof of coverage.
