    Project Title: A One (1) – Storey Proposed Florists Retail Shop


    Statement of the Problem:
    A Florists wanted to open a one – storey retail shop in a relatively flat corner lot. The lot size is
    20.00M x 20.00M with an area of 400sq.m. On the south is a 32.00M RROW and on the east is a
    15.00M RROW. Across the RROW is a series of commercial establishments, at the back and side
    is a one- storey restaurant. The building footprint requirement is 100sq.m. He wanted an arch
    featured design at the interior display area. For that, she commissioned an Architect to start a
    good planning and design, from concept to final construction plan.
    Design Objective: To build a One (1) – Storey Florists Retail Shop with an Arch featured design
    display area.
