Re: Storeroom / Toilet- roof, walls & floor.

1. Roof.
1.1. Secure 3x new sections of timber. (With truss-hangers)
1.2. Secure roof sheets with new fasteners.
1.3. Clean roof sheets [wire brush].
1.4. Apply plaster slurry to Parapets. [base for waterproofing].
1.5. Parapets and roof sheets to be waterproofed and painted with 2x coats Durham Roofkote.

2. New floor slab.


2.1. Remove old floor.
2.2. Excavate to desired depth and compact.
2.3. Lay damp course and reinforcing mesh.
2.5. Cast new concrete slab.

3. Walls, doors & toilet


3.1. Align doors, prep & paint.
3.2. Open all visible cracks/damp spots.
3.3. Apply epoxy/plaster. [reinforce where needed].
3.4. Apply primer and paint.
3.5. Secure toilet cistern to wall and connect new water inlet pipe.

Labour R 3 400-00

Note! All materials to be supplied by owner but can be collected by Waterford Projects. (As
discussed,) All rubble to be bagged and removed by Waterford Projects upon completion of
project.

Conditions:
1. Quote valid for 21 (twenty-one day’s)
2. 60% deposit upon acceptance
3. Balance on completion
4. Prices are subject to change should there be any unforeseen price increases after date of
acceptance and start of project.
