    MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

    Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between

    Mr. Santoshsinha Devisinha Chandel

    THIS MOU dated 05th January 2024 BETWEEN Mrs. Arjumand Anzar
    hereinafter called "the Lender" AND Mr. Santoshsinha Devisinha Chandel
    hereinafter called "the Borrower" and reference to the parties hereto shall mean
    and include their respective heirs, executors, administrators and assigns;

    WHEREAS the Borrower is in need of funds and hence has approached the Lender
    to grant a loan of Rs.100000/- (Rupees ONE LACS only) for a period of 25 Months.

    AND WHEREAS the Lender has agreed to grant a loan to the Borrower, as the
    Lender and the Borrower have known each other since several years;

    AND WHEREAS the parties hereto are desirous of recording the terms and
    conditions of this loan in writing;

    NOW THIS MOU WITNESSETH and it is hereby agreed by and between the
    parties hereto as under:

    The Borrower hereto, being in need of money, has requested the Lender to give
    him a loan of Rs.100000 /- (Rupees ONE LACS only) to use for personal reasons, to
    which the Lender has agreed.

    Loan Amount Transferred from lender to Borrower Details as per below:


    1) Bank SBI : Date : 02 Jan 2024 : Amount Rs.50000 (Fifty Thousand)

    The said loan is required by the Borrower for a period of 25 Months, commencing
    from 05/01/2024 and terminating on 05/02/2026.

    The Borrower hereby agrees and undertakes to return the loan of Rs.100000 /-
    (Rupees ONE LACS only), in Instalments, as mentioned below, within the
    aforesaid period of 25 Months.

    Instalments includes Interest of Rs.4% Per Month of Principal Amount of


    Rs.1Lacs and Also Include 4% Amount of Principal Amount Rs.1 Lacs in each
    instalments.

    Instalments amount will be transfer to Lender by Online Banking/UPI From

    After receiving all t h e above Instalments t o t h e lender, none of payment
    /money/principal
    Amount will be left with borrower of lender.

    Lender should return the Security Post Dated Cheque (Rs.1Lacs , Cheque No:
    000036 of HDFC Bank Account No. 50200055153374 , Dated:05/02/2026 )
    to Borrower after receipt of all the instalments by the Lender.

    The terms and conditions of this Agreement are arrived at by the mutual consent
    of the parties hereto and not intended to be legally enforceable.
