    You have been using a credit facility for the loan amount of Rs. 6000.00/- only on 28/08/2024 through our lending partner Fatakpay Digital Pvt Ltd,
    via its mobile application with loan agreement No. FPL-00000440135-1069286 and you also executed several documents as principal security, in
    addition to other documents for the aforementioned facility.

    You availed of the said facilities through your mobile number bearing No. 6387993268 registered in your name. You breached the terms and
    conditions on which the said credit was sanctioned and thereafter failed to repay the outstanding amount. The said account has been classified as a
    default account since the 04/10/2024, and despite repeated demands and requests, you did not take any suitable and effective steps to repay the
    credit.

    A notice is therefore given to you demanding the payment of said credit 6778.8/- (Six Thousand, Seven Hundred And Seventy-Eight Point Eight)
    only inclusive of interest calculated up to 22/11/2024 immediately within 7 (seven) days from the date hereof, failing which appropriate legal action
    will be taken against you for recovery of the aforesaid amount. You will also be liable to pay penal interest as per the term of the sanction until full
    realisation of the outstanding amount.

    non-compliance, further needful action will be resorted to, holding you liable for all costs and consequences. Please note that in case a legal case is
