    Steps to be followed by the students for admission in the UG Program


    ACADEMIC YEAR 2024 – 25

    Step Dates Process
    1 12th & 13th Choice filing of the courses and the submission of the link.
    June, 2024 Only for those students: -
    1) Who missed to fill up the link earlier
    2) For those who like to edit choice filling, medium, preferences of
    course and category.
    (Link will be sent to you on your registered mobile number and
    registered E-mail address)
    (For choice filling if you need any counselling contact on 079-26462820
    or 9687265653 during 11:00 am to 2:00 pm)
    2 14th to 15th Check Revised Provisional Merit List on H L College Portal (website)
    June 2024 as well as through SMS Link.
    If any discrepancy found then contact the college during office hours
    (10:00 am to 4:00 pm) Contact No.: 079-26462820
    3 17th June Final Merit List will be displayed on the H L College Portal.

    Report at the college for admission with all original and one set of self-
    June 2024. attested photocopies of the documents, pay the fees at the college
    through the QR code or online payment gateways and confirm your
    admission. No cash/cheque will be accepted.
    Reporting Time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
    5 20th June Information for Round 2 will be displayed at the H L college, on the H
    2024 (after L college portal as well as through SMS (if required).
