cultures and customs.

Decorar : Firstly, the main difference between British English and American English is in pronunciation. Some words
are also different and there are a few differences in the way they use grammar.

to speak about a past action.

Decorar *In British English, people often use “Shall I” to offer to do something and/or “Shall we” ...? to make a
suggestion. In American English they use like “Should/Can” I ...?

Decorar: Secondly, they have also different food habits. For example, in breakfast some items are common, and
both are very nutritious.

American Breakfast

Decorar: Americans enjoy scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, toast with jelly, jam or avocado, pancakes, chicken and
waffles and American sausages, while British people consider English Breakfast a complete and very important
meal.

English Breakfast

Decorar: A Full English Breakfast always includes eggs, baked beans, British sausages, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms
and toast. A full British Breakfast is usually served in a large portion size, which is considerably bigger than most
American Breakfast meals.

Oxford and the University of Cambridge, but in the USA we also find some excellent universities: Harvard, Stanford,

DECORAR: In my opinion, these two countries sharing the same language have big differences in general, even in
their personalities: in the UK they are more reserved, polite and they also have a strong sense of tradition, based
on their history and heritage. In contrast, Americans are often seen as more open-minded and outspoken.
In conclusion, when we identify the differences between these two people, we are able to understand them better.
