TRIP RULES
1. Be Safe : Don’t act recklessly on the bus. Misbehavior will not be tolerated
at any cost.
2. Don’t Wander Off : Listen carefully to the teacher’s instructions regarding
staying with the group or your assigned partner, even when going to the
restroom or another destination. Do not wander off on your own.
3. Respect the Chaperones (teachers and elders) : Show respect to the
chaperones and listen to them as you would your parents. Chaperones have
the responsibility of watching over many students, so avoid being disruptive.
4. Respect Nature : Some spots may bring you into contact with animals or
plants. Avoid pulling, teasing, or touching things.
5. Be Punctual : Keep an eye on the clock to avoid missing any opportunity or
happy moments. “Be on time.”
6. Luggage: Each student is allowed only one piece of luggage. Any excess
bags will be returned from the school itself.
7. Porters: No porters will be hired at the bus stop or at the destination.
8. Label Your Belongings: Label all luggage, uniform garment bags, and other
valuable items. The school is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen
items during the trip.
9. Food: Do not purchase food from open vendors.
10. Weapons: Weapons such as knives, firearms, or firecrackers are strictly
prohibited.
11. Respect Local People: The locals you meet are not “tourist attractions.” This
is their city and home; act respectfully as a guest.

12. Monuments: Monuments are to be admired, not climbed on.


13. Speakers: If your teacher arranges a speaker, pay attention. This trip is for
your education. There may be a quiz afterward.
14. Follow Staff Directions: Students are expected to follow staff directions and
be respectful to both staff and peers.
15. Behavior: Students should behave maturely. We are representing our school
and should make a good impression.
16. Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude towards everyone involved in the trip.
17. Electronic Devices: No electronic gadgets or cell phones are allowed. If a
student brings one, it will be confiscated.
18. Hotel Room Rules: There will be no swapping of hotel rooms or
accessories. Strict action will be taken if any room switches are found during
checks.
19. Room Visits: Students are not allowed in other students’ rooms during rest
or sleep hours.
20. Curfew: Students must be in their rooms by 10:00 PM, and lights out is at
11:30 PM.
21. Emergencies: After lights out, students are not allowed outside their rooms.
In an emergency, call your group in charge.
22. Language: All communication must be in English, especially in public
places.
23. Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel rooms provided to you.
24. Vandalism: Vandalism of any kind will not be tolerated, and quick action
will be taken against those responsible.
25. Compassion: Show compassion, tolerance, and cooperation with fellow
travelers.
26. Rule Violations: If any rules are violated during the trip, the student will not
be allowed to continue the journey, and parents will be required to pick up
their child from the spot.
