Text 1
The Delphi oracle Prophesied the Argos' King, Acrisius, that his own grandson would
assassinate him one day. Unfortunately, Danae, his daughter would have given birth to this
grandson. To prevent Danae from having the Baby, Kind Acrisius, who was scared of his fate,
imprisoned Danae in the dungeon beneath his palace.
Then came the time for Danae to give birth to the baby. She named the baby Perseus.
Perseus was actually the son of Zeus, the Chief God. On hearing the news, Acrisius sent his daughter
and grandchild out to sea on an ark, in the hope both would die on the sea. With the protection of
Zeus, they ultimately reach the Serifos Island coastlines, where they were rescued and taken in by
local couple.

There was a village in Mimika Papua island long ago. The villagers were hard at work finding
sago, the stapple food of Papuan indigenous inhabitants. Twelve boats were made ready for sea
travel. Their boats were loaded with sago. After a few days on the sea, a huge dragon appeared
while they were sailing back to their village. With its tail, the dragon assaulted them. Most of the
boatmen were drowning. The only survivor was a woman who remained on her boat until she
reached land.
The woman was pregnant but she had lost her husband when the dragon attacked. She was
unable to return to her village because her boat was broken as well. A few months later, a son was
born and was named Biwar.

In ancient India during the reign of the Gupta Empire, there once lived four scholars who had
been friends for years. Three of them had a scriptural studies background. They were very proud of
their diplomas and the titles put after their names. While the fourth one, Himansu, was the son of a
wise Guru. Even though Himansu was considered wise with his logical mind, being the son of the
Guru, he was illiterate. One night, four of them were sitting around a bonfire taking seriously. They
thought they still lived in poverty and had an idea to go abroad to earn a lot of money.

The three of them continued working with pride. The third scholar breathed life and brought
the lion to life. As soon as the lion opened its eyes, it stood up straight. Wagged its tail, looked
around, the roared loudly while showing its sharp fangs. His roaring intimidated the four scholars.
The scholars froze for a moment in fear. A few second later it sprang upon the three and attacked
them all. Once he had finished feasting on his foolish creators, the lion went off to sleep soundly in
the tree’s shade.
Himansu watched it all in terror and trembling body. For one or two hours after the lion had gone
away, he didn’t dare to climb down the tree. Finally, he cautiously climbed down the tree and ran
home.

properly. That’s why the animal had grown so weak from carrying too heavy loads. The donkey
looked as thin as toothpick, fragile, and soon it would die. Vilasa, the master, however, loved the
donkey very much.
