    Contract For BYDFi Promotion on Social

    Media Networks

    Party A: BYDFi Fintech LTD

    Party B: KOL channel or name

    1. Contract Overview

    To ensure the success of the cooperation, Party A and Party B reach some
    agreements within this contract under the principles of equity and free will. This
    contract mainly includes the Cooperation details, Rights & Obligations for Party A
    and Party B, Payment terms, and other terms. Both parties should obey this contract
    and any dispute will be solved according to this contract.

    2. Cooperation Details

    2. Theme

    (1) Deliverables:

    1 Approximately 10 minutes of introduction video of the BYDFi app or PC web

    2 If it is a package cooperation, it will also include the content release of other
    social platforms

    * The specific hashtags, tags, and attribution links are included in the
    deliverables. It will change according to the product's name, which is specific to Party
    A.

    (2) All Deliverables above should be fulfilled on the following social media
    account(s):

    3. Promotion Deadline:

    (1) 2024.11.07: Video Script/ Concept provided.

    (2) 2024.11.14: Video first draft provided.

    (3) 2024.11.19:Video release. (Posting time depends on Party A’s confirmation.)

    * If the advertiser is unsatisfied with the ad video but has already been uploaded
    without being confirmed, the advertiser reserves the right to ask the influencer to re-
    shoot or re-post the video.

    3. Rights &Obligations

    1. Party A should provide the necessary product information to Party B with their
    ability.

    2. Party B shall create content according to the requirements both sides agreed
    on based on the creative concept, including but not limited to video content, picture
    content, link position, description box, caption, etc.

    3. Party A should pay Party B 80 USDT after Party B releases all the content
    mentioned in this contract. Party A will pay 30% when Party B submits the draft
    video, and the remaining 70% after the video is officially released.
    4. Party B should deliver the video concept and draft video, and publish the
    videos/pictures by the scheduled time.

    5. If any new problems in the process of cooperation appear, both parties should
    reach an agreement based on friendly negotiation.

    6. The video should be kept on the public for at least 1 year. If the promotion
    content was removed, Part B should help Part A to make it public.

    Payment Method: USDT

    The total price of the first collaboration will be finished by Party A.

    5. Other Terms

    Statement:

    This contract was unanimously adopted by designated representatives of BYDFi


    Fintech LTD and Party B on 2024.10.30. The signature of the chief executive officer
    of each participating organization below represents the full commitment of their
    organization to participate actively in the collaboration and implement fully all
    elements in this agreement.
