3. INCORPORATING RESULTS OF “COWS” AND STAKEHOLDER


REPRESENTATION

The results of the “COWS” Analysis were gathered from


representatives of various stakeholders within the University of Rizal System
- Tanay Campus, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community
members. Their inputs and perspectives were considered when formulating
the strategic plan, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive approach.
4. ADAPTING EXAMPLES FROM AUSTRALIAN UNIVERSITIES

While I don't have access to specific strategic plans from Australian


Universities, I can provide general examples of strategic initiatives from
Australian Universities that can be adapted to the context of University of
Rizal System - Tanay Campus:
