    Dear Dr. Chiu:

    Greetings in St. La Salle!

    As the new academic year begins, we at the Rektikano Esports League are thrilled to announce
    our participation in the University of St. La Salle's UHOP event, where we will be welcoming
    our freshmen students. To mark this occasion and to introduce the incoming students to our
    vibrant community, we propose an exciting event titled "Freshmen Face Off: 1 v 1 ML
    Tournament." Scheduled to run from August 1 to 3, 2024, this tournament is exclusively
    designed for freshmen students and offers free registration. The primary aim of the event is to
    provide a platform where students can pursue their passion for gaming, particularly in the
    popular Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) arena. By hosting this tournament, we hope to
    showcase the diverse opportunities our club offers and highlight the potential for growth and
    engagement within the esports community.

    The event aims to foster a sense of camaraderie among our community, bringing together
    players, students, officers, and members of the club to commemorate our collective achievements
    and reinforce our commitment to excellence in esports. We believe that hosting this event will
    not only elevate the profile of our league but also showcase our unwavering passion for esports
    and our unwavering commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive gaming environment.

    Thank you for considering our proposal. We look forward to working closely with you to bring
    "Freshmen Face Off: 1 v 1 ML Tournament." to fruition and create an unforgettable experience
    for everyone involved.
