    This is to certify that Mr. Swapnil Khinchi student at Amity University, Jaipur, has
    worked in my office from '11 July 2022 to 11 August 2022 as an intern-apprentice.

    Researched extensively on the externment order quashment under Madhya
    Pradesh Rajya Suraksha Abhiniyam, 1990
    Researched extensively on various section of NDPS Act, 1985.
    Researched Extensively on concept of independent witness in cases of dowry
    death .
    Researched extensively on Lily Thomas case, 2000 and in which case it got followed.
    Researched and learned various sections of The Limitation Act, 1963.
    Drafted bail applications to be filed before the Hon' ble High Court of M.P.
    Helped the chamber associates in drafting various petitions to be filed before the
    Hon'ble High Court of M. P.
    Prepared case briefs and assisted the chamber associates in legal matters.
    Attended and assisted associates in physical court proceedings on various matters
    at the Honorable Court of Madhya Pradesh.

    During this short period, I found Mr. Swapnil Khinchi, sincerely committed and
    dedicated towards his work. During his internship Mr. Swapnil Khinchi proved to be a
    great help to me in drafting writ petitions, replies, objections, legal opinions and
    arguments. He has been a great asset to our office. I appreciate his learning efforts and
    wish him a prosperous career in law.
