    I am writing to express my interest in the Data Monitor position at CIHEB Kenya as advertised.

    With a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with IT from Maseno University and a strong
    background in data analysis and management, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to
    CIHEB Kenya’s mission of improving health outcomes through research and capacity building.

    During my academic journey at Maseno University, I developed a robust skill set in both
    quantitative analysis and information technology. My proficiency in R and Python, combined
    with hands-on experience in managing and analyzing large datasets, positions me well to monitor
    and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance in health projects. My coursework and
    practical projects have equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in data-
    intensive environments.

    In my previous role as an attachee at Vihiga County, I was responsible for collecting, cleaning,
    and analyzing health-related data to support project evaluations and reporting. I collaborated
    with a multidisciplinary team to develop data collection tools, perform quality checks, and
    generate insightful reports that informed decision-making. This role enhanced my attention to
    detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines, all of which are crucial for
    the Data Monitor position at CIHEB Kenya.

    my professional aspirations. I am particularly impressed by your efforts in HIV/AIDS research
