    RESOLUTION NO. 05
    Series of 2024

    ‘’RESOLUTION REQUESTING ‘’ AMENAH F. PANGANDAMAN’’, SECRETARY OF THE


    DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT, TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
    INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM PTV AND DIGITALIZATION FOR
    BARANGAY BAGONG SILANG MABUHAY, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.

    WHEREAS, it has been agreed by the Sangguniang Barangay member of this barangay during
    the session dated April, 03, 2024;

    WHEREAS, Information and communication technology (ICT) plays significant role in all aspects
    of modern society it has become essential for individuals and organization to keep pace with
    the rapid advancements in the technology;

    WHEREAS, it provided a means for business and government to manage their operations
    efficiently improved communication, increased efficiency, better decision-making enhanced
    data accuracy, improved coordination, and improved productivity.

    WHEREAS, due to the purpose which will benefits the constituent, the councils of Barangay
    Abunda agreed to pass a resolution informing about this matter.

    WHEREAS, due to the purpose which will benefits the constituents, the council of Barangay

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay member, Hon. Crisanto N. Blanca and
    duly seconded Hon. Anatolio S. Montecalbo and the rest members present, it was.
    RESOLVED: As it is hereby resolved to pass a resolution respectfully requesting the Secretary of
    the Department of Budget and Management to allocate funds for the installation of
    information and communications technology system.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to AMENAH F.


    PANGANDAMAN,Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management, for this favorable
    action.

    of Information Communication technology System PTV and Digitalization
    of Barangay Bagong Silang , Mabuhay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
