Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for appointment to the posts of
Professors (08), Associate Professors (06), Assistant Professors (30), Senior Residents
(18), Tutors (03) on contract basis on a purely temporary basis for a period up to 31.03.2025
or till actual need ceases or till the regular posts are filled up whichever is earlier, in the
required specialties mentioned below to work in the Govt. Medical College/Govt. General
Hospital Narsampet, Warangal District, under control of the Director of Medical Education,
Telangana.
Dates of Receiving Applications: 11/09/2024 to 13/09/2024 from 09.00 a.m. to 2:00 pm.

**** In the departments of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry medical Msc Ph.D. will
be filled as per NMC-Gazette-2022 norms (14/02/2022).

Selection Criteria –Candidates will be selected based on the following criteria:

➢ Marks Obtained in M.B.B.S. for Tutors (if marks are not mentioned, 50% will be
considered)
➢ Marks obtained in MD / MS / DNB for Assistant Professor (if marks are not mentioned, 50
% will be considered)
➢ For Professor and Associate Professor duration of their teaching experience in that cadre
will be considered.
➢ Rule of Reservation will be followed wherever applicable
➢ Preference will be given to the multi zone-l for Assistant Professor posts
➢ Local candidates will be given preference over non-local candidates
Consolidated pay:

The remuneration is all-inclusive and subject to tax deduction at source and/or any other
statutory deductions as required by law.

Terms and conditions:


1. The Age of the applicant for the post of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant
Professor should be below 69 years and for Senior Resident and Tutor below 45 years
on the day of notification.
2. The selected candidates will be informed on SMS they should report on next day and
are required to work immediately after receiving their appointment order.
3. The selected candidates will be eligible for fifteen (15) leaves in a calendar year.
4. The appointment as contract employee is purely on temporary basis their services will
be terminated once regular employee will join the duty.
5. The selected candidates should submit the original certificates at time of joining along
with one year bond for Rs. 100/- stamp paper duly notarized to the concerned principal
of the medical college. If any candidate breaks the bond, he / she has to pay (3)
month’s salary.
6. The contract is liable to be terminated at any time with a one month notice during
tenure period, if any misconduct is noticed.
7. The engaged candidates will be at the disposal of the institute on full time basis and
his /her service may be utilized in any manner required by the competent authority of
the institute without any claims of additional remuneration.
8. Candidates who are working at previous Govt. / Private Medical College should submit
the N.O.C. from the competent authority at the time of submitting the application and
should submit the relieving order at the time of joining within the stipulated joining time.

Note:
The original certificates of MBBS, MD/MS/DNB Degree along with MBBS Registration
and P.G. Degree specialty Registration have to be produced at the time of joining and all are
kept under office custodian. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
