    . Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners. LOI is

    issued in favour of the Developer. Learned counsel for the

    Developer submits that rights of the Petitioners are adequately

    protected. Plans are approved and place of an alternate

    accommodation has been shown in the plan.

    2. Be that as it may. The Petitioners have already given

    representation dtd. 05.09.2022 to the CEO, SRA. The CEO, SRA

    may take decision on the said Application on its own merits and
