Project:  SSMS - Security Services Management Systems
Re-write of Security Services Management system (SSMS). Analyzed their existing SSMS application
and documented results of requirements analysis in the format of user flows, system flows, system
requirements (functional & non-functional requirements), data dictionary, securable, functional level
use cases, and sign offs.
Prioritized requirements based on product roadmap, business needs, and technical feasibility

services, and solutions such as Azure Devops

Internal & External Managers. This product, the core of the WFA Fiserv – APL application supports the
entire investment management process from account screening and portfolio validation to order
generation and trade execution for all advisory accounts.
Elicited Business Customer Requirements by facilitating JRP (Joint Requirements Planning) sessions
with the Business Sponsors of FA Directed (Separately Managed Accounts) using interviews, document
analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions and workflow analysis and finally
analyzing them for consistency, feasibility, and completeness, and then formulate them as
requirements and documented them in the Business Requirements Document (BRD).

ZKS0 and CheckFree/Fiserv System in one diagram: inputs and outputs, processes, and data storage so

Business Unit, has been phenomenally successful as an issuer co-branded tool to capture Corporate

MasterCard Common Data Format XML Schema (3.0), Enhanced Data Usability and Infrastructure and
Global Data Repository Custom Projects.
Followed Hybrid Waterfall Systems Development Methodology for execution of various work requests.
Gathered and documented Business/Customer Requirements from the product managers/business
owners of MasterCard internal group and customers/issuers/banks that include Citi Bank, HSBC, Bank

activities or main flow or joyful day scenario. Documented various sub-sections in the design document
like overview of use case, what requirements were satisfied, preconditions, actors, main flow (joyful
day scenario), sub flows and user interfaces.
