During my visit to SPBCF and Lupi Central School, I observed classrooms that were
clean, well-organized, and visually appealing because of the paintings although
there's no educational displays, colorful posters and student artwork because of the
Oplan baklas. The blackboards were appropriately sized and well-maintained,
ensuring clear visibility for all students. Both schools had well-stocked libraries that
promoted a love for reading and provided resources for academic growth. The
teachers demonstrated effective classroom management techniques, fostering a

students going to the school? What are your conclusions?

The school campus and the classroom environment have a significant impact on student
learning. A well-designed and maintained campus, along with organized classrooms, a safe
atmosphere, accessible resources, and a positive classroom culture, create an environment that
supports student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement. These factors contribute
to a conducive learning environment and enhance the overall educational experience of
students.

this relate to your knowledge of facilitating learning?

As future educator, by these instances I will know that there are many factors that can affect the
student to attend and not to attend school. And by knowing such factors, I can adjust to what my
students will need.

5. Write your additional learning’s and insights here.

Basically, a school is a place we’re we study and learn. It is where we learn new
knowledge, gained valuable experiences, build social relationship and develop meaningful
values within ourselves. But to achieve all of these, a school must be safe space for
learning, promotes quality education, allows easy access to learning resources and
provides opportunities for independent but experiential learning for students. These will
not be possible if the school head, teachers, parents, students and the community will
cooperate in achieving all of these goals.
