    A Proposal for Social Integration and Student Adviser Program

    At our college, we understand the challenges that international student have to face when
    transitioning to a new academic and social environment. To adress this situations, we propose these
    ideas.

    Firstly, we suggest providing cultular exchange club, where students can engage in intercultural
    dialogue, share experiences and celebrate diversity through various activities. The club ought to
    initiatives such as language cafés, international potluck dinners, cultural workshops, or karaoke
    nights. We can create opportunities for students to connect with peers from different backgrounds
    and promote cultural understanding. It could take a place in our main dormitory, which is big
    enough to provide a place to all of the mentioned activities.

    Secondly, we recommend a establishment of a student adviser program. Experienced students with


    knowledge of campus resources and cultural sensitivity can offer guidance and support to new
    international students. Through personalized mentoring, these advisers can assist with navigation on
    campus, social integration and ensure a smooth transition into college life. We are ready to reach out
    to volunteers who are happy to help foreign students find their way around.

    By reaching these practical suggestions, we aim to create more pleasant and welcoming environment
    for first year international students. Through collaboration and support, we can enrich the college
    experience for all students and promote cultural diversity among students.
