equiped with the language to use in writing tasks. Learners should always seek comprehensible input
while dealing with reading skill. They can learn too much about language features as well as content.

In the light of what has been argued above, i strongly believe that listening, speaking, reading and
writing are inertwined skills. Therefore, we are not teach them in isolation. Minding the approval that
listenig and reading are seen as input skills which should be comprehensible so that efl or esl learners
can make use of. Whereas speaking and writing are considered to be the output or product of the
previous skills. All of them entile the utilty of bottom up and top down strategies to sustain the
teaching pedagogy of the four skills. This can almost create a kind of mastery of the second language
learning. The ultimate goal is to breed procient readers and writers.
