C6. Minotaur Room

A huge room illuminated by a chandelier is where you find

yourselves. Two large casks lay in the eastern corner with red
liquid on the floor around it. On the other side of the room
lays several sacks and dried meat as well a large tub of water.
In the middle lays a large pile of gold.

In this pile of gold lays a Minotaur hidden, and will

attack once the players interact with the gold, wine
(which is in the casks), or the door to C7 which only
opens once the Minotaur is dead.
In the bags are several weeks worth of rations, and
the pile of gold contains 100gp, 250sp, and 400cp.
The Minotaur is a failed summoning ritual where one
of the Cultists offered their life to become this beast.
C7. Treasure a Plenty

This long room with barely enough light to show the far wall
is cluttered with chests, coins, and crystals.

This room is where the cult kept their money and

earnings from the farm. The piles of gold in this room
are worth a total of 15gp and 200sp. The three crystals
are worth 80gp each. The chests contain the following.
Chest 1: This chest contains an Immovable Rod and
10gp.
Chest 2: Contains two Potions of Healing, 20gp, and
10sp.
Here lays a Bracers of Archery as well as 205cp.
200gp, 30sp, and 102cp
Feel free to change the loot, enemies, and location to
better fit your DnD campaign! Do also encourage your
players to go deliver the will to its rightful recipient in
Phandalin, where the girl will take the money but leave
the Immovable Rod with the players.
