    and permission of Aydin Cildir Airport Directorate.
    Permission must be obtained at least 24 hours before the flight is planned.
    All traffic landing to Rwy 09/27 immediately after vacating the Rwy (crossing
    Rwy holding points) shall contact with Cildir Ground on 121.9 MHZ without
    waiting any instruction from TWR.
    Due to restricted vision of apron area of the ATC TWR, all the separations
    between the traffics and vehicles/pedestrians on the Apron 1 is under
    pilot/company responsibility.
