 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

 Led the implementation of rigorous quality control measures for flange production, overseeing every stage
of the process to ensure the highest standards of quality.

 Carefully examined the raw materials, meticulously scrutinizing them for any imperfections or
inconsistencies using detailed visual and specialized tools.

 Closely monitored the forging activities, paying close attention to the shaping and forming processes to

 I ensured careful oversight of the heat treatment process, meticulously observing the method and its
parameters. I also verified the graph and cycle in accordance with the standard requirements.

 After the heat-treated flanges were examined using the Brinell hardness testing method to assess their

 Each batch of heat-treated flanges undergoes meticulous mechanical testing, employing both tensile and
impact Charpy methods to guarantee the quality of their mechanical properties.

 Approved products for CNC machining, ensuring that only the highest quality components moved forward
in the production process.

 Conducted extensive nondestructive testing to meticulously examine the materials for any flaws or defects.

 Utilized methods such as Positive Material Identification (PMI) to accurately identify the material
composition

 Employed Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) to detect surface-breaking flaws that may not be visible to the
naked eye.

 Utilized Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) to identify surface and near-surface flaws and defects in
ferromagnetic materials.

 Prepared and coordinated Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any nonconforming parts, meticulously
documenting and addressing any deviations from specified standards to ensure comprehensive quality
control and regulatory compliance.

manufacturing

agencies, for document review and approval processes.
 This non-destructive testing method helped us ensure the integrity of the tubes and maintain the safety
and efficiency of the plant operations.
