Employee Recruitment: Employee Recruitment refers to the taking of a new employee, when
the company needs to take an Employee in a position. And this requirement is understood by
Manpower Planning, which we have learned earlier. The steps that Employee Recruitment
starts with are given below,

CV master (sub module):


1) CV info screen: The first stage of Employee Recruitment is the Sorting / Sorting of CVs
that Candidates send. And all this information is given on this CV Info Screen.

 CV ID: Auto CV ID will be generated if all the data of the screen is filled-up and clicked ADD.
 Salutation: Mr./Dr.
 First Name: Candidate first name
 Middle name: Candidate middle name
 Last name: Candidate last name
 Father’s Name: Candidate’s father name
 Mother’s name: Candidate’s mother name
 Date of birth
 National ID Card, Phone, Email
 Address: Candidate’s present address
 Department, Section, Applied Designation
 Current organization: Candidate’s current place of work name
 Current designation: Currently, the name of the organization that the Candidate is working
in the will be given.
 Current salary: Candidate's current salary at that organization.
 Expected salary: Amount of Salary the candidate wants.
 Notice period: If an employee is currently working in any organization, then how long
before the notice for leaving the job should be informed.
 Picture Load: After adding a CV select picture and click upload button.

 Link: The image Link/Name is seen after uploading the image.
After complete all info Click on ADD automatically created CV ID no.

2) Education screen: A part of Education from the Employee's CV will be here.

 Row: Auto generated


 Exam/Course Name: Suppose, Secondary School Certificate
 Major Subject/Group: Suppose, SSC
 Qualifying year: suppose, 2007 get the SSC certificate
 Result: The result of any exam will be here.
 Institute name: The name of the institute from where he/she passed will be here.
 From date: suppose, 2005 the starting of studing year.
 To date: Suppose, 2007 the ending of studing year.
 Certificate authority: Suppose for SSC, Education Board who authorized the certificate.
 Remarks: any kind of Awards received during study period or any Extra-curricular activities
can be given, after completing all information click on ADD auto row will be generated. If
want to update information only click on UPDATE button, in this case new row will not be
generated only update all info.

3) Work screen: All types of work information are kept on this Work Screen if Employee worked in
any other place before. After giving all the details click on ADD, a Row will be generated and
information will be added.

 Row: Will be auto Generated after clicking ADD.


 From date: The date from which the work started.
 To date: The date when resigned.
 Organization name: Name of the organization where worked on.
 Designation: The designation in the previous organization.
 Job location: The previous working location.
 Job responsibility: The kind of work that was done in that organization.
 Special achievement: His/her achievements when working in that organization or from
any other place.
 Award: If received any Award from that Organization or any other place.
 Skill Acquired: If he has any skill other than his own work, he has to give it here.

4) Reference screen: In order to increase the value of CV, the Candidate provides different

references and it is to be mentioned here,

 Row: Will be auto Generated after clicking ADD.


 Name: The name of whose reference is given.
 Organization name: Organization Name is important.
 Designation: Usually, the big designation / title is Strong.
 Phone: Phone Number of the person.
 Email: Email Address of the person.
 Relationship: Relationship with the person whose reference is given in the CV.
 Date: The date of the entry.
 Feedback: This feedback is usually given here with information from the person whose
reference is given.

5) DOCS screen: Here, there is a CV upload system in DOCS and the soft copy of employee's full CV can
be seen from here.

Recruitment Requisition-(sub-module)
There are three (3) steps of recruitment requisition process, such as
 Apply
 Recommend
 Approve

Apply: Supervisor can apply for new recruitment requisition in this screen. In this screen we

need to entry below information and click “Add” then click “Apply” for further process.

Recommend: In this screen ‘Head of HR’ can recommend for applying requisition for further
process.

Approve: In this screen “Departmental Head/Head of Admin” can approve for recommended
requisition.

Employee Recruitment (Sub Module)


1. Vacancy info screen: According to the approved requisition, we can select Job number
from Vacancies list in the Vacancy Info Screen.

2. Interview board screen: The employees who will be here at the Interview Board, Typically
existing ones who are the company's high ranking employees are here.

 Each employee who will be on interview board has to be added here.


 Just select Employee and press the ADD button, then all the Employees will be added in
this way.

3. CV selection screen: From this screen we can create a new CV or select a new CV from CV Bank / CV
Master.

4. Test result screen: At the time of Employee Recruitment in the company, some tests are taken to

the Candidates, which are on this screen. First select CV and then go to Test Result.

 Row: Will be auto generated when clicked ADD.


 Exam type: Type of exam given by the candidate.
 Obtained marks: The mark obtained by the candidate.
 Out of marks: The number of total marks.
 Remarks: If anything to say regarding the exam should be here.
5. Status screen: Come on this screen when all of the above procedures are completed. The work
of this screen is to choose who will be selected after the Employee Test, and who to reject or
select forward for further Interview (who will be interviewed later), their information will be
here.

6. Here the name of the previous organization of the Employee will come first, and if none, then
the place will be empty in the list of the previous organization. Now after the selection of
Employee, the name of the previous company will be deleted and the current company ID will
be here.
7. Then if wants to reject, select Reject and save it. Then it will not be selected even if the Select

button is clicked. Before selecting and giving ID, you can either save it with Reject or Select for
Further Interview.
8. Later, if the company thinks that an employee's interview can be taken later from the rejected
candidates, then select the “Select for Further Interview”, click the Save button, then press
Select. Once selected and ID is given he/she cannot be rejected. Before selecting and giving ID,
you can either save it with Reject or Select for Further Interview.
9. For Example: BHL- 000153 and it will be added to Master maintenance. If Reject or Select for
further interview select from drop down menu, click on save. If organization want to take
rejected employee, select 0 from the drop down menu and SAVE that. After saving that just click
select (Blue color) and candidate will be selected as an employee.
