departments. To create a department, click Human
Resources > Departments > Department. The following table describes the fields that
are available.

2. CREATE A NEW JOB

Job tasks
- Tăng trưởng dư nợ bảo đảm đầu ra an toàn cho Ngân hàng. Đảm bảo cho vay
theo đúng các chính sách của Ngân hàng Nhà nước và Vietcombank, không trái
với các quy định hiện hành về cho vay.

- Phát triển khối khách hàng doanh nghiệp và cá nhân nhằm bán trọn gói các sản
phẩm ngân hàng, tạo đầu ra cho các dịch vụ đang được cung cấp.
- Huy động tiền gửi kỳ hạn và không kỳ hạn từ các tổ chức, doanh nghiệp, cá
nhân; Đảm bảo các doanh số sử dụng dịch vụ, sản phẩm của các đối tượng trên.
- Kiểm tra, giám sát khối khách hàng doanh nghiệp và cá nhân thường xuyên
nhằm hạn chế tối đa các rủi ro sau khi cho vay đồng thời xây dựng uy tín và phát
triển chất lượng tín dụng của Chi nhánh.

You must create jobs before you can create positions. Only the job name is required to
create a job. However, you can also add information to the job record. Some of the
additional information will be inherited by the positions that are associated with the job.
1. Click Human resources > Common > Organization > Jobs.
2. On the Action Pane, click Job.
3. Enter a name for the job.
Note
The remaining steps in this procedure are optional.
4. Press CTRL+S to save the new job record.
5. Use one of the following methods to add information to the job:
To copy information from a template or from an existing job, complete steps
6 through 9.
To manually enter information, go to step 10, and then complete steps 10
through 24.
6. On the Action Pane, click Copy from, and then select Copy from
template or Copy from job.
7. Select a job template or an existing job to create the job from.
8. In the Copy field group, select the information to copy information from.
For example, to copy only the areas of responsibility information to the new job,
select the Responsibility check box.
9. Click OK. The information that you selected to copy is added to the job.
To enter additional information for the job, complete one or more of steps 10
through 24.
10. Enter a brief description of the job.
11. Select a title for the job.
12. Indicate the number of positions that are allowed for the job.

Maximum positions – Select this option and then enter the maximum
number of positions that are allowed for the job.
Unlimited – Select this option to indicate that an unlimited number of
positions are allowed for the job.
13. Enter an employment factor from 0 to 1. The value 1 indicates a full-time job. For
part-time employment, enter a number between 0 and 1. For example, a half-time
job can be .5.
14. On the Job classification FastTab, select a job type to associate with the job.
15. Enter additional information about the job.
16. Select a job function.
17. On the Compensation FastTab, select a wage level for the job. For more
information about wage levels, see About compensation plans.
18. Select the survey company that is responsible for the survey that was applied to
establish the market-based pay range for this job.
19. Enter the job code that the survey company uses for this job.
20. Enter the market price range information for the job from the following options:
Source – Enter the source of the information for the market-based pay range.
Low threshold – Enter the minimum amount that a worker in this job would
get paid.
Control point – Enter the base amount that a worker in this job would get
paid.
High threshold – Enter the maximum amount that a worker in this job would
get paid.
21. Add competency requirements to the job. To do this, complete one or more of the
following tasks:
Note
Before you complete this step, you must set up competencies.
On the Skills FastTab, add skills that might be required for the job.
On the Certificates FastTab, add certificates that might be required for the
job.
On the Tests FastTab, add tests that might be required for jobs that are
created from this template.

is installed.
On the Education FastTab, add education information that might be required
for jobs that are created from this template.
On the Screenings FastTab, add screenings that might be required for jobs
that are created from this template.

22. On the Job tasks FastTab, add job tasks to the job.
23. On the Areas of responsibility FastTab, add areas of responsibility to the job.
24. On the Action Pane, click ADA to set up or print information about physical
requirements associated with the job.

3. CREATE A POSITION

Tạo các vị trí cho công việc Chuyên viên khách hàng tại
Department, các vị trí làm việc được tạo thủ công vì chưa có vị trí nào tương tự
trong hệ thống.
Nhân Viên Hỗ Trợ Kinh Doanh: vị trí này sẽ làm việc toàn thời gian và sẽ có 6
vị trí mới và sẽ mở vào ngày đầu tiên của tháng tiếp theo.

1. Click Human resources > Common > Organization > Positions > Positions.

You can also create positions in the Position actions form.
2. On the Action Pane, click Position.
If personnel actions are not enabled by your organization, enter the following:

10. Accept the full time equivalent (FTE) employment factor that was copied from the
job that is associated with the position, or enter a different FTE employment factor
for the position.
If you modify the FTE employment factor for the position, the FTE employment
factor for the job that is associated with the position does not change.
11. Select a compensation region to associate with the position.
12. In the Available for assignment, field, enter the date when workers can be
assigned to the position. To prevent workers from being assigned to the position,
enter a future date in this field. To allow for worker assignments immediately, enter
the current date.
13. On the Position duration FastTab, enter the position duration.
Tip
If the retirement date is not known, select Never.
14. On the Payroll FastTab, assign a pay cycle, select the legal entity that pays the
position, and enter any information that is required to calculate earnings.
Note
This control is available only if the Payroll - USA configuration key is selected.
15. On the Financial dimensions FastTab, select a legal entity, and then select
dimensions for that legal entity to allocate dimensions to the position. For more
information, see Create a financial dimension.
16. Click Complete or Continue.
Note
If your organization uses workflow, you have to submit the position for review
before it is completed.
