    Bereavement

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I, shafia nasir, a student of e-1 first


    year, humbly submit this
    application for a leave of one day,
    due to a personal bereavement.
    I regret to inform that my beloved
    grandfather, passed away on.I
    need to attend his funeral and
    related family obligations, and
    require some time to be with my
    family during this difficult period.
    I assure that my absence will not
    hamper my academic
    performance, and I will make up
    for any missed work or
    assignments upon my return.
    Tomorrow is my monthly exam of
    chemistry but sadly I am not
    mentally prepared to appear for
    the exam on the scheduled date.I
    kindly respect to postpone my
    monthly test so I can achieve a
    score later instead of giving it with
    a zero potential.I hope you
    understand my situation and I Will
    really appreciate if consider
    approving my leave.
