    SPE Undip SC
    Society of Petroleum Engineers is a non-profit
    organization that focuses on the "Oil and Gas
    Sector" and is the largest organization
    compared to other Oil and Gas organizations.
    SPE Diponegoro University Student Chapter is
    a student chapter that gathers young
    professionals in the oil and gas field who are
    expected to significantly impact energy
    exploration in the future.

    the signature event of the
    organization, a competition

    Inception has a meaning “the

    establishment or starting
    point of an institution or
    activity.”

    We hoped to be the
    foundation for students to
    grow interest in the
    petroleum industry
    Symbolizes stability and professionalism.
    This color can be interpreted as a symbol of
    a firm and reliable foundation, in
    accordance with the purpose of the event to
    build student competence in the petroleum
    industry.

    The blue color also symbolizes SPE UNDIP


    SC as the organizer of this event.
    Inspired by the bold horse that led
    Pangeran Diponegoro to victory. This horse
    represents courage and bravery.

    Demonstrates passion, strength and action.


    The color red illustrates the enthusiasm and
    drive of the participants to be actively
    involved in finding innovative solutions in
    the new era of energy.
    Symbolizes innovation, intelligence and
    optimism. Yellow implies a positive spirit
    and vision for a better future in the energy
    sector, in line with the event's theme of
    supporting growth.

    The color yellow also symbolizes Inception


    2025's collaboration with IATMI SM Undip
    Represents environmental sustainability
    and sustainable growth. The green color
    refers to environmentally friendly activities,
    and reflects the event's concern for
    sustainability in the energy industry.

    In such a dynamic world, there is change in every aspect that connects


    human beings. Change also happens in the sector of energy. Versatile
    approaches means utilizing many aspects like technology advancements,
    collaboration with other sectors of energy, evolving market demands,
    sustainability and carbon management, and others.

    Society will take place in a
    rural or low-income area
    around Semarang, where
    access to healthcare and
    daily necessities can be
    limited. This event provides
    free basic healthcare check-
    up and food packages
    distribution.

    Preserve (Peter Serve) The


    Environment focused on raising
    awareness and taking action on
    enviromental issues such as
    deforestation or coastal
    development, specifically
    mangrove planting. This event
    will take place in a coastal or
    estuarine area around Semarang
    city where flooding is a common
    problem.

    This event is an
    educational online
    webinar with
    professional speaker.
    This event will give
    insight for competition
    participants about the
    topic that Inception
    brings out this year.

    Company visit will take
    place at the company’s

    An open competition for undergraduate students worldwide,
    where participants solve a case study related to the energy

    efficiency. Teams collaborate to prepare a written report and

    Geothermal Plan Competition


    This competition challenges participants to create

    sustainable geothermal development plans, covering both
    technical and non-technical aspects like geology, economics,
    and environmental impact. It aims to accelerate geothermal
    growth while providing hands-on learning in renewable
    energy.
