    Corporation after 14 years of being publicly listed on NASDAQ, with a rich acquisitive history of 10+ companies
    (excluding acqui-hires). Our partner ecosystem includes Adobe, AWS, Azure, GCP, Pega and Salesforce.
    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – (each role)
    • Develop, coordinate, and implement plans designed to capture new opportunities for M&A team
    • Assist the team throughout M&A transaction: sourcing deals, due diligence, valuation, documentation & closing
    • Support the team in transaction execution including strategic and market research, deal sourcing, pipeline
    development, Founder/Shareholder/C-level outreach, closing and business integration and monthly reporting
    • Build financial models, forecasts, and conduct valuation analysis with industry understanding & company financials
    ROLE EXPECTATIONS
    • Strong financial modelling skills
    • High-execution orientation: Able to handle multiple projects and priorities
    • Excellent story boarding, presentation & communication. Adept at creating professional decks & deal presentation
    • Affinity for current market events, critical issues, and relevant news
    • Exceptional technical and soft skills
