Payment Terms

1. 100% Advance OR 20 % With PO and 80 % Before Dispatch


2. Payment Methods - Bank Transfer- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI, Online Payment- Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking
3. Payment Failure: In case of non-payment within 30 days of order confirmation, late payment fee of @3% per month shall become
due and payable.
4. In case you are a user of Trackso portal. Email and SMS Notification credits for Sites have to be recharged separately. Credits are
not include in License fees..

6. In case of overdue/ defaults, the right to deactivate your services & withholding technical support is reserved.
7. All disputes are subject to DELHI jurisdiction.

Dispatch & Delivery Details

1. Items are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days from the date of 100% Payment.
2. Shipping Partners (Air & Surface) -National- DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, and International: FedEx, DHL
3. Prime Delivery (1-2 days) is available via additional cost (2x) via DTDC for all metros and major cities

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines (post-dispatch)- Prime Courier- 2-3 days, Air Courier- 3-5 Days, Surface Courier- 7-10 days.
5. Chargeable weight would be volumetric or actual weight, whichever is higher.

Pre-Installation

1. All the loggers dispatched from TrackSo are per-configured and ready to Install. Customers can follow the Installation Manual &
videos available on our website http://trackso.in

Customer who wish to arrange for an On-Call diagnostic Support for installation can drop and email on [email protected]

post which a Support Engineer will be assigned within 1 business working day.

3. No Tech Support is extended in case
Installer reaches us without emailing and assignment of an On-Call Support Engineer.
Installer reaches site without proper understanding of installation manuals and without basic tools & equipment’s.
For installation of equipment such as Solar Inverters, meters etc.
4. Extended Remote Support sessions (beyond 4 hrs. per logger) wherein material is devoid of any issue, may be subject to a
consultation fee.
5. Support Engineer assigned for installation support will be available for answering calls only on working days (i.e- Mon-Fri 10am-
5pm)
6. For a basic material list required for implementing PV-DG synchronization or Zero Export Solution, please consult our Sales Team.
7. Kindly Ensure you provide comprehensive project information so that our installation team can execute our solution smoothly at your site.

On Site Installation Services

On-Site Support is available for all the locations. Please contact our Sales Team for pricing and any inquiries. Please note, that labor and electrician services
will be the customer's responsibility.

Post Installation

For any post-installation queries customers can drop an email with detailed queries on [email protected] .
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase, subject to TrackSo's refund policy. Items must be complete and
undamaged.
