Pre-Installation

1. All the loggers dispatched from TrackSo are per-configured and ready to Install. Customers can follow the Installation Manual &
videos available on our website http://trackso.in
2. In-case
Customer who wish to arrange for an On-Call diagnostic Support for installation can drop and email on [email protected]

post which a Support Engineer will be assigned within 1 business working day.

3. No Tech Support is extended in case
Installer reaches us without emailing and assignment of an On-Call Support Engineer.
Installer reaches site without proper understanding of installation manuals and without basic tools & equipment’s.
For installation of equipment such as Solar Inverters, meters etc.
4. Extended Remote Support sessions (beyond 4 hrs. per logger) wherein material is devoid of any issue, may be subject to a
consultation fee.
5. Support Engineer assigned for installation support will be available for answering calls only on working days (i.e- Mon-Fri 10am-
5pm)
6. For a basic material list required for implementing PV-DG synchronization or Zero Export Solution, please consult our Sales Team.
7. Kindly Ensure you provide comprehensive project information so that our installation team can execute our solution smoothly at your site.
On-Site Support is available for all the locations. Please contact our Sales Team for pricing and any inquiries. Please note, that labor and electrician services
will be the customer's responsibility.
