How to Take out the Waste.


Intermittent Fasting/16 hr fasting

If it not possible for 16hrs, try for 14hrs and stretch later.
Cold wet pack
Wrap cold wet cloth wrap it on stomach, neck/chest, eyes/head

Morning : any Vegetable Juice also ok.


If you are hungry in between have coconut water or fresh grated coconut.
Have grains only one time a day.

Morning – After waking up


Morning Detox Juices
Vegetable Juice: Spinach, rich guard, carrot, beetroot anything.
Ash Guard Juice:
Take out the skin, remove seeds and cut into pieces and add simply juice it.
Add coconut water if needed to make it sweeter
Glorious green juice:
Cucumber, Celery Stacks, Spinach, Lettuce leaves, Apples/Pears and simply juice every thing.
Pink power juice:
Apple, Carrot, Beat, celery stacks and simply juice every thing.
Squeeze the lemon on top of it.
Clean carrot Juice:
Carrot, Pineapple, Oranges and juice every thing
Notes:
Use only seasonal fruits

✘ Cucumber, Onions, Sprouts, tomato

Tropical Green Smoothie:


Cup of coconut water, Spinach, Diced apple, Diced mango, lemon juice – Blend it
Banana Date Shake:
Cup of coconut milk, Bananas(peeled cut and frozen for 6hrs),Pitted Dates, iced cubes and ½ tea spoon
of cinamon
Watermelon Chia Smoothie: (summer in the jar)
Watermelon, Pomegranate, beetroot, mint leaves 1tbls, chia seeds 1tbls

Dinner salad Bowls:


Classic ayunature salad:
Cucumber, Carrot, Green Capsicum, tomato, coriander leave, sesame seeds, coconut– abundantly
Beet Rocket salad:
Beetroot, Spinach leaves, Rocket Leaves, Coconunt(grated on top)- abundantly
✘ Dressing: Middle Eastren dressing
- Cucumber half, coriander, soaked dates, cumin, lemon juice
Beet Rocket salad:
Red Cabbage – ½, Carrot 1, Beet Root 1, Peas – boiled/frozen
✘ Dressing: Almond chilli dressing
- soaked almon – ¼ cup, Green Chilli -1, Jinger – 1 coin, Salt – ½ tea spoon
Thai papaya salad:
✘ Green Papaya, Carrot, Mango – all 1
✘ Tomato – 2
✘ Corriander
Dressing: Peanut dressing
- soaked almond – ¼ cup, Lemon juice, Green Chilli -1, Rock Salt – ½ tea spoon, jaggery – 1 table

- Add coriander on top of it.
Broccoli Bean salad:
Green Peas – 1 Cup, Broccoli - 1, Beans – 1 cup – (Boil)
Handfull of spinach – add the boiled ones
Dressing: Cheesy Cashew dressing
- soaked Cashew – 1/2 cup, Lemon juice, Bell Pepper -1,Green Chili – 1, Rock Salt – ½ tea spoon
Dinner Soup:
Creamy Pumpkin Soup:
3 cups of coconut milk
1/2 kg of red pumpkin
2 tablespoons thyme
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tablespoon salt
½ small green chilli
Chop the red pumpkin into large chunks. Do not peel the pumpkin. Steam the pumpkin. Once it has
cooled, add it to a blender. To the blender, also add coconut milk, green chilli, rosemary, thyme and
salt. Blend until smooth. Pour soup into bowls & top with whatever you like(Carrots, Beans, Peas,
Brocoli – lightly Steamed)

GREEN PAPAYA SOUP


1 unripe green papaya
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups water
3 stalks fresh lemongrass
2 teaspoons coriander seeds
1/2 small green chilli, chopped into small pieces
1/2 inch piece of ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
Peel, cut and steam the papaya until it is soft. Meanwhile, take a shallow pan, and dry roast the green
chilli, coriander seeds, ginger and lemongrass together. Add some water, and let it cook till the flavours
are soaked in. Add this mixture to a blender along with your steamed papaya, water, coconut milk,
lemon juice and salt. Blend and serve. Top with whatever you like!
AVOCADO SOUP

3 tomatoes, deseeded and diced


1 cup carrot juice
3 cups coconut milk
1⁄2 avocado
2 tablespoons coriander
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 small green chilli
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
Blend all ingredients together, Pour in bowls and top with your favourite vegetables(Bell peper, coconut
sliced, coriander, pumpkin seeds).

HOW TO MAKE COCONUT MILK


Take one cup fresh hard coconut (cut into small pieces), and 2 cups water. Blend them together until the
coconut is pureed and the mixture looks milky. Pour the mixture into a nut milk bag or muslin cloth.
Squeeze out the nut milk. The leftover coconut pulp can be used as an excellent exfoliating face scrub,
or you can simply compost or discard it. If you have a dehydrator, the pulp can be dried and used as
coconut flour.
