Makes approximately 24 ounces.
Juice this through your slow juicer (you must have a slow juicer for juicing wheatgrass.) Set aside, and
the add the water from a Young Coconut. Mix and drink!
Most powerful way to use your Wheatgrass (sproutman.com)
Juice:
6 handfuls of Wheatgrass (cut with scissors or a serrated knife)
1 Cucumber
2 Limes, peeled
1/2 inch fresh Ginger Root
Blend:
1 Young Coconut or 2 small ones. (one without its water)
Cut open the coconut carefully, add the water and fresh meat
Add the fresh Juice (see above)
Blend and enjoy!

Banana Super Smoothie (in your blender)

2 ripe Bananas (peeled)


1 large Pear
3/4 cup Pineapple (no skin)
1 cup Coconut Water. (and if you can, use the fresh flesh)
1/2 inch fresh Ginger Root (peeled)

Directions: JUICE these tonics...but you can also BLEND EACH ONE OF THEM. However, they will be
more potent when you juice them. Drink 1.5 liters per day for 30 days, then get your cholesterol checked
again and see for yourself! It works! BUT...don't be eating poor foods like a steak everyday. Try to eat a
good amount of the foods listed below as well as large portions of a variety of leafy greens, veggies, beans,
throughout your day and stay off the coffee, sodas, sugars.
LIST OF CHOLESTEROL LOWERING FOODS!
Almonds (2 handfuls): Lowers LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol.
Apple (1 raw): Lowers LDL by 40 percent.
Avocado (1-2 a week): Fiber and beta-sistosterol compete with cholesterol for uptake (and win).
Beans, peas, lentils, and lima beans ( cup). Lowers LDL and total cholesterol.
Blueberries (2 cups frozen): Reduces heart disease by 40 percent.
Citrus fruits (-1 cup): Rich in pectin, a type of soluble fiber; lowers LDL.
Dark Leafy greens (-1 cup): Proteins and fiber bind cholesterol.
Garlic (1-4 cloves): Lowers total cholesterol.
Hibiscus Tea(1 cup infusion): Lowers LDL.
Nuts (handful): Lower LDL.
Oats (-1 cup): Soluble fiber lowers total cholesterol.

Olive oil and Coconut oil (2-4 tablespoons): Lowers total cholesterol.
Pears (dried or fresh, 1): Even more soluble fiber than apples; too bad for LDL.

3 cups (packed) Parsley.
8 ribs Celery
1 Cucumber
1/2 Beet
1 inch fresh Ginger
1 Lemon with peel, if organic.

Please try to only JUICE organic foods.


This is great for overall cleansing (especially kidneys).

Dark skinned, seeded grapes


(are far superior to any green grape that most of us see in the grocery store)
Powerful healing properties found in grapes are best consumed in
Fresh, Organic, Blended or Juice Form.
(best blended)
1 pound dark, Grapes (pick from the stem)
1 cup purified water or 1 cup Coconut Water
2 Bananas
1/2 inch fresh Ginger Root
Place all ingredients into your blender, and blend slowly until you have reached the desired consistency
(for breakfast I would recommend adding a tablespoon of flaxor Chia seeds).
You can also add the meat from a Young Coconut. It enhances the digestive powers much more, as well
as taste delicious.

LIVER detox (Drew Canole)


Ingredients for the juice:
1 cucumber
2 Handfuls dandelion
2 Lemons (with peel IF ORGANIC)
2 Knuckle of ginger
1 Handful of Cilantro
1 Asian pear
Droplet of milk thistle
2 knuckles turmeric
Dash of peppermint

Blood Cleanser (3x/week, if possible)

1/4 Jalapeno Pepper
1 cup purified Water
Blend until you have reached the desired consistency.
Topping: Chopped Green onions, Red Pepper Flakes and Celtic Sea salt & Pepper

Moving the bowels, if you happen to be constipated


Red Glory Pear Tonic
3 Red Pears
2 Pippin or Granny Smith Apples
1 inch fresh Ginger Root
(sprinkle some organic cinnamon on top)
Juice this tonic and you'll have quite a delicious and nutritious and enzyme rich juice.
You can also blend this, but you'll have to cut the recipe in half and realize that it will be thicker.

Here's one of our Favorite Classic Tonics:


(for 1 person, organic please, and juice only)
8 Carrots
8 ribs Celery
1/2 Beet with its Greens
3 Cloves Garlic
2 cups Parsley.
This should make about 1 liter of fresh Juice.
You will get best results by consuming 1 liter per day for 3 weeks.

HEALTHY POWERFUL TURMERIC TONIC!


1.5 inches fresh Turmeric
10 Carrots
2 cups (packed) fresh Cilantro/Parsley
1 Apple
8 ribs Celery
1/2 Golden or Red Beet

This winter wellness elixir is packed with health promoting antioxidants which detoxify your liver and
blood, and kick start digestion.
This immune boosting recipe works wonders to treat a cold, sore throat, cough, seasonal allergies,
fatigue, chronic pain, irritable bowel syndrome, and other digestive complaints.

Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea


1 teaspoon grated fresh turmeric root or teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root or teaspoon ginger powder
2-3 twists of black pepper (to increases turmerics bio-availability)
Juice of lemon
2 teaspoons raw honey (optional)
1 cup filtered water

Combine turmeric, ginger and water in a saucepan on medium-high heat. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes,
make sure it doesnt boil. Strain the liquid and pour into a mug. Add lemon juice and honey and give it
a good stir.
When you grate the turmeric root, be careful not to ruin your counter top or clothing as it can leave
nasty yellow stains.
Pumpkin Maddness
2 cups, cut up Pumpkin (with skin)
2 large Sweet Potatoes
12 Carrots
1 inch fresh Ginger or fresh Turmeric Root
2 Apples (sweet or bitter)

Heart Healthy Tonic
12 ribs Celery
1 large Hothouse Cucumber
1 inch fresh Ginger Root
3 cups Spinach
3 cups Kale.
1 Lemon without skin or 2 LImes without Skin
JUICE this tonic and do it daily for two weeks.
1 Liter per day is recommended.
After these two weeks, you can start to add other highly alkalizing greens and vegetables.
I recommend 1 liter of these kinds of juices daily, for life.

Tonic that will wake ANYBODY up and cleanse their cells


LIME-GREEN Tonic!
3 cups Parsley.
3 cups Spinach
8 ribs Celery
1 Cucumber
2 Limes without skin
1 inch fresh Ginger Root
2 Apples (Pippin or Granny Smith)
JUICE this combination and drink slowly.

SOUP
In a blender:
1 Avocado (large)
1/2 Cucumber
1 ripe Tomato
2 cloves Garlic (or small red pepper like below...but be careful they are hot)
1/2 inch fresh ginger Root (peeled)
1 cup Spinach
Sea-Salt and Cayenne Pepper to taste.
Or you can use Red Pepper Flakes like we did on the photo.

Groovy Grape Smoothie


1 cup dark, (Riber) Grapes (with seeds)
1 cup Ice
1 cup purified Water or fresh Nut milk
1/2 inch fresh Ginger Root (peel)
1 large, ripe Banana.

1 tablespoon of Flax Seeds (soaked 15 minutes beforehand)


Blend slowly until all ingredients are mixed together.

Master Gland, the Thyroid in good health.


three times a week:
1 Stalk of Celery (the entire bunch, usually 13 ribs)
1 Cucumber (large)
2 cups Watercress
1 Apple
1 inch fresh Ginger Root
3 large handfuls or 2 packed cups Parsley
2 Limes with no skin
JUICE this entire Tonic. After you juice it, put this juice into your blender and add 1 large Haas Avocado.
Blend slowly.
This is an excellent tonic for early morning.

Heal the THYROID


13 ribs Celery
1 large Cucumber
1 inch fresh Ginger Root
1 Lemon or Lime without skin
Drink this daily for 30 days. It helps restore thyroid function, whether it's hyper or hypo.

BEST GUT Healing Tonic:


4 cups Spinach (packed)
4 cloves Garlic
10 Carrots or 10 ribs Celery
3 cups Parsley (packed)

1 inch fresh Ginger Root


3 Lemons or Limes (peeled)
2 cups Green Cabbage
Drink this daily and your gut, within 30 days of following these suggestions
will make you feel like a new person.

Romaine Tonic
2 Heads Romaine Lettuce
1 large Lemon.
1 inch fresh Ginger Root or Turmeric Root.
1 Green Apple
3 cups Spinach, Cilantro or Parsley.
This tonic will also help eliminate bloat in the body, help swelling hands, feet or face. It's a natural diuretic.
You can ALSO blend this tonic, but you will have to cut the recipe by 75%. And let's not forget eating it three
or four times a week in our salads.

Here's one of our Favorite Classic Tonics:


(for 1 person, organic please, and juice only)
8 Carrots.
8 ribs Celery
1/2 Beet with its Greens
3 Cloves Garlic
2 cups Parsley.

Drink Celery for Heart Health


1 Stalk Celery (entire stalk, not 1 rib)
1 large Cucumber or 1 Green Zucchini (large)
2 Limes without skin
1/2 Fennel
3 cups Cilantro or Parsley
2 Golden Delicious Apples or 2 Green Apples
Juice entire tonic and drink 1 liter within 15 minutes.

Feeling Bloated, Tired and Lethargic?


You'd be amazed at how much better you will feel when you juice for about 24 hours (that is if you're not
diabetic) after a long bout with overeating.
We recommend drinking about 2.5 liters for the day, along with fruit if you like, or a light salad but no oil.
You'll feel like new the next day.
(organic only please, this recipe makes 1 liter)
Tummy Troubles Tonic
10 ribs Celery
2 Cucumbers (or 1 large head of Romaine Lettuce)
1/2 Beet
3 cups Spinach
2 Limes without skin / 1 Lemon without skin
1 inch Fresh Ginger root
JUICE this. Don't blend it. Your body needs juice only, not fiber.
When you're bloated and feeling awry, juice is always the best choice.

darker weather
Here's our recommendation:
1. Juice 1 liter per day of leafy greens, carrots and other colorful vegtables.
2. Use the Citrus in your juice combination as much as possible.
3. Use LIquid Vitamin D daily.
4. Get outdoors as much as possible, even if the sun is not out and take a walk in your neighborhood.
5. Happy Lights. These are available to purchase and should be used up to 8 hours a day. Many say this
significantly helps.

Here's a GOOD JUICE to Brighten your Day!


Jay's Sun-Veg Tonic (makes 1 liter)
8 large Carrots.
1/2 Beet
1 cup Red Cabbage
2 Limes or 1 Lemon (no skin)
2 Green Apples

1 inch Fresh Ginger Root


3 cups Parsley, Cilantro or Spinach
8 ribs Celery
This is a very powerful tummy tonic as well as being good to help lighten your spirits.
Carrots in particular are good to use during the wintertime.

HEART HEALTHY Tonic! (organic only)


(please share this with those of you who suffer from heart disease).
4 cups Spinach
8 Carrots.
2 large Swiss Chard Leaves.
2 Limes (with skin if organic)
2 Apples
2 cloves Garlic (small or 1 large)
2 large Beefsteak Tomatoes (if in season)*
JUICE this tonic. Do not blend it. Carrots are almost impossible to blend but if that's all you have, (only a
blender) then I recommend you cut this recipe by 60% and omit the carrots.
*Since tomatoes are not in season, you can try to find the smaller cherry like tomatoes for juicing. Our
co/op here has them this time of year, but if you can't find them, just omit them until summertime and then
use the beefsteak tomatoes. It's important they are ripe.

High Calcium Tonic


1 cup Broccoli
3 large Kale leaves
2 large Collard greens
1 inch fresh Ginger or Turmeric root
2 Limes without skin
1 Cucumber (or 5 ribs of Celery)
2 Green Apples
This tonic makes about 1 liter, which is what I have always recommended.
1 liter of juice per day is where we find the best results.

Holiday Red Tonic!


2 Red Bell Peppers (don't use the insides and don't use unless you want it to be spicy)
1 Med. Sized Beet
2 Red Delicious Apples
2 large (ripe) Tomatoes
8 Carrots (or) 1 cup Red Cabbage
1/2 inch Fresh Ginger Root
This tonic is exceptionally good for the Liver and for cleaning out debris in the blood.
We always recommend 1 liter for best results.

COCONUT ~ CARROT Juice!


An amazing super-tonic for breakfast and an amazingly relaxing tonic for evening time.
Why? Because carrot juice, combined with Coconut brings a beautiful balance of fats with carotene with
melanin and then mixing in the lauric acid from the Coconuts, we just love this combination. It's also
wonderful for weight loss, for building superior arteries and beautiful SKIN and HAIR!
Here's our fantastic Carrot/Coconut Magical Tonic!
For 2:
14 Carrots
1 Baby Coconut (Young Coconut) with its water
First: Juice your Carrots
Second: Place Carrot Juice into Blender
Third: Cut open a Young Coconut, pour its natural
mineral water. Scoop out the soft white meat.
Blend gently.....you can add ginger into this tonic to really spice it up or just enjoy the magic of
this fantastic tonic that we believe is probably one of the best healing tonics you can ever drink.

Here's one of the best Anti-Radiation Tonics. (for 2, organic only)


10 Carrots.
3 cups Cilantro
4.cups Spinach
1 inch Burdock Root.
2 cups Red and Green Cabbage

5 Radishes
2 Apples
2 Lemons with skin
JUICE this and do not blend.
Remember, KNOWLEDGE is important and applied knowledge is power.
Drink 1 liter per day for best protection.

Another Good Recipe: Blended: (make sure organic, serves 1-2)


1 tsp. Bentonite Clay or Zeolite
5 tablets of Chlorella or 1.5 tsp. Chlorella
5 tablets of Spirulina or 1.5 tsp. Spirulina
1/2 cup Cilantro and Parsley each
1 Lemon with skin (must be organic)
2 Apples or 1 cup freshly made Apple Juice.
1 Young Coconut with its water
Blend and enjoy. If it's too bitter you can add some coconut/date sugar, but it's not recommended.

*Holiday Hangover Tonic (juice not blend pls.)


1/2 large Beet with a few of its greens
10 ribs Celery
2 large Hothouse Cucumbers
3 cups (packed) Cilantro or Parsley
2 cups (packaged) Kale or Spinach
1 full inch of fresh Turmeric or Ginger
8 large Carrots
2 limes without skin or 1 large Lemon without skin
This is a powerful and COLORFUL tonic that will restore you back to alkalinity, energy and balance.
Drink 1 liter straight away (within 15 minutes) and store the rest. Within 3 hours, MAX, drink the rest.
Never let your fresh juices sit in your refrigerator more than just a few hours, as they will definitely start to
attract bacteria, not MATTER how these juices are extracted; slow or fast.

Here's a GREAT juice tonic to get started with!


8 Carrots
1/2 Beet
8 ribs Celery
3 cups dark leafy greens (spinach preferably)
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 inch or 1/2 inch fresh Ginger Root
1 Lemon with skin if organic
THIS IS A GOOD GENERAL TONIC that will deliver to you fantastic energy
and start your day with a boost.

Cholesterol (serves 2 people)


Step 1In your JUICER:
*6 ribs Celery
*2 cups spinach
*1 Lemon without the peel (unless organic)
*1 inch fresh Ginger Root.
*1 Cucumber
Step 2 In your BLENDER:
*1 cup Coconut Water or purified Water
*Meat from one yavoung Coconut (or 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil)
*1.5 or 2 smaller Haas Avocados (peeled and pitted)
*Put the Juice from (step 1) into the blender
Blend and serve!
