    MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

    COME NOW, the private complainant, through undersigned private


    prosecutor, and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully submit this
    Manifestation:

    1) That this case was set for hearing on September 23, 2024 at 1:30 o’clock in
    the afternoon;

    2) That the undersigned will be in Masbate for a Hearing on the same date and
    time in the case entitled Edwin G. Toribio Et. Al vs. Siegfred M. Toribio
    docketed as Civil Case No. 384-E;

    3) The undersigned humbly and respectfully request to this Honorable Court to


    reset the hearing and it will also give time to the private complainant to
    amend his Judicial Affidavit;

    4) That this Motion for Postponement is done with utmost sincerity and good
    faith and not done for purpose of delaying the proceedings of this Honorable
    Court but for reasons above cited;

    WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed before this


    Honorable Court to reset the hearing of this case.
