ACR on Enrollment Activities 2024 of Kabungaan Elementary School

I. Objectives
1. To facilitate the smooth and organized enrollment process for
incoming
students.
2. To ensure all eligible students are enrolled for the School Year
2024-2025.
3. To provide assistance to parents and guardians during the
enrollment
process.
4. To update student records for both old and new enrollees.

II. Participants
- Total Number of Participants:
- Parents/Guardians: 150
- Students: 300
- Teachers/School Personnel: 25

III. Summary of the Activity

The enrollment days at Kabungaan Elementary School took place


from July 3 to July 19, 2024, in compliance with the Department of
Education's guidelines for school enrollment. A team of teachers,
administrative staff, and school personnel assisted parents and students
in completing the necessary enrollment forms, ensuring all requirements
were met.

Enrollment was divided into the following categories:


- New Enrollees:
- Returning Learners:

The event was organized in the school’s new building (Grade I-


Banana), with designated areas for each grade level to ensure an orderly
flow of participants. Assistance was provided for both online and in-person
enrollment processes.
IV. Challenges Encountered

1. Incomplete Documents: Several enrollees experienced delays due


to incomplete requirements, which required additional follow-ups.
2. Weather Conditions: On several days, inclement weather caused
low attendance.

V. Recommendations
1. Early Dissemination of Information: Ensure that enrollment
guidelines and requirements are shared with parents at least two months
prior to the actual enrollment period.
2. Additional Personnel: Allocate more staff during peak enrollment
days to facilitate a faster and more efficient process.

VI. Conclusion
The enrollment period for the S.Y. 2024-2025 at Kabungaan
Elementary School was successfully completed, with a total of 300
students enrolled. Despite minor challenges, the event was overall a
success, achieving its objectives of efficiently enrolling students while
ensuring the health and safety of all participants.
