>Mainly dealing with both adults & children with disabilities/difficulties.

● Documenting the service user's activities on an individualize Daily Care Plan


● Developed personalised learning strategies for each child based on their capabilities.
● Providing the service user with personal including toileting and grooming assistance
● Meal preparation and general housekeeping and sanitizing surfaces

● Administer prescribed medication under the written directions of physicians and as directed by a
care plan

DUTIES
>Providing personal care for the Patients. Care includes assisting with bathing, dressing, oral care and
grooming.
> cleaning & disinfecting rooms, bed turns and bed making including constant changing of bedlinen to
avoid bed sores.
>Assisting Registered Nurse in medication administration, medication intake and wound cleaning and
dressing.
> Meal preparation, assisting with preparation and serving patients. >Assisting
relatives on how to feed patients.

>Educating relatives on the use of equipment to safeguard from accidents.


>Mobility assistance using safe and comfortable equipment’s such as wheelchairs, walkers & stretchers
>Providing & maintaining safe physical work environment
>Ensuring compliance with appropriate industry standards & statutory safety regulations.
