PROGRAMME SCRIPT

INTRODUCTION:

Emcee:"Good afternoon, everyone! Welcome to our 2024 Gender and


Development Programme, themed: “Balancing Personal and
Professional Growth of School Personnel in Achieving Healthy
Workplace.” We’re glad to have you here today as we unite to explore
important topics surrounding gender equality and development!

Emcee: Before we get started, let’s energize ourselves for the exciting
journey we have ahead!

Emcee: To start this program, let us all rise for the singing of our
Nationalistic Song, which will be accompanied by an audio-visual
presentation followed by a prayer, also through an audio-visual format.

OPENING MESSAGE

Emcee: Thank you, and please be seated.

Emcee: To formally open our program, it is my great honor to introduce


someone who has consistently demonstrated his commitment to
education, leadership, and community development. His dedication to
fostering a positive and inclusive environment in our school is truly
inspiring. Please join me in welcoming our Principal II, Dr. Florante A.
Francisco to share the opening message. Let’s all give him a warm of
applause!

INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE

Emcee: Next, we are honored to have our Public Schools District


Supervisor to share some words of inspiration with us. Sir Kahulugan is
dedicated to enhancing educational standards and supporting our
schools. His leadership has played a crucial role in implementing
initiatives that enhance student achievement and support teachers
development. Please join me in giving a warm welcome to Sir Solomon
B. Kahulugan as he takes the stage to share his inspirational message!

Emcee:"Thank you so much, Sir Kahulugan, for your inspiring thoughts.

Emcee: Moving forward, we will now take a closer look at Gender and
Development- its core principles, issues, and the challenges we face in its
implementation. We are privileged to have with us someone who plays a
key role in supporting the personal and academic well-being of our
students. Please join me in welcoming our Guidance Counselor, Ma’am
Floricel M. Seva, to introduce us to the Gender and Development
concept and discuss issues and concerns in its implementation.

GAD POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Emcee: "Thank you, Ma’am Seva, for such an enlightening discussion.

Emcee: Now, let's move on to a more in-depth discussion of GAD


Policies and Procedures. To present this topic, we are pleased to have
with us someone who ensures that our school’s operations run smoothly
and efficiently. Please join me in welcoming our Administrative Officer II,
none other than Ma’am Leizel E. Cadano. Let’s give her a round of

BALANCING PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
Emcee: "Thank you, Ma’am Cadano, for that comprehensive explanation.

Emcee: Next, we will turn our attention to the balance between personal
and professional growth in achieving a healthy and productive workplace.
This critical aspect will be addressed by someone who has dedicated his
life to spiritual guidance and community service. He has been a source of
inspiration and support to many, through his teachings and leadership.
Please join me in welcoming Pastor John Roberto G. Perez as he
shares his message with us today. Let’s give him a round of applause."

Emcee:"Thank you, Pastor Perez, for such a meaningful discussion.

Emcee: Now, it’s time for the Open Forum. Where you have the
opportunity to ask questions and engage in meaningful dialogue. We
encourage you to share your thoughts and insights! Moderating our open
forum is our very own kind, dedicated and humble Head Teacher III of the
AP Department, Dr. Joselito L. Gozos. Let’s give him our full attention as
he guides us through this session!”

contributions of our esteemed speakers and facilitators today."
