1) Benefits:

g) As per GO I pr ov is ions , upper age limit is relax able upto 35 y ears for Widow, Div orc ed Women
and Women J udic ially s epar ated fr om Hus bands , who are not remarried (up to 40 years for
members of Sc heduled Cas tes/Sc heduled Tribes and up to 38 y ears for members belonging to

limitation to wr ite, and sc r ibe is ess ential to write examination on his /her behalf, from the
Chief Medical Offic er /Civ il Sur geon/Medic al Superintendent of a Gov ernment health c are
ins titution as per Annex ur e enc los ed.
iii. The c andidate will have the dis cr etion of opting for his/her own scribe or the fac ility of scribe
prov ided by the CECRI. Appr opr iate c hoice in this regard will hav e to be giv en by the
c andidate thr ough email to Administrativ e O ffic er at email id “ ao@c ecri.res .in ” .

iv . In c as e the c andidate opts for a s cribe, the qualific ation of th e scribe should always be
matric ulation or above but not be more than the minimum qualific ation criteria of the
ex amination. The sc r ibe s hould not be a c andidate of this ex amination.
v . The c andidates with benc hmark dis abilities opting for own scribe s hall b e required to s ubmit
details of the own s cr ibe as per Annex ure enc los ed. . In addition, the s cribe has to produce
a v alid ID pr oof in or iginal ( Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card etc) at the time of
ex amination. A photocopy of the ID proof of the s cribe s igned by the c andidate as well as

that the qualification of the scr ibe is not as dec lared by the c andidate, then the candidate
s hall forfeit his /her r ight of the pos t and c laims relating thereto.
v i. A compens atory time of 20 minutes per hour of ex amination will be prov ided to the pers ons
who are allowed us e of sc r ibe as described at Para h (i) & (ii). The c andidates referred at
Para (i) & ( ii) who ar e eligible for us e of scribe but not av ailing the fac ility of s cribe will also
