With reference to ROHS European directives :

2017/2102 of November 15, 2017,

2015/863 of march 31, 2015,
2011/65/CE of June 8, 2011
2002/95/CE of January 27, 2003

we hereby certify that the mentioned products are in accordance with the directives relating to the use of
hazardous substances and its current exemptions.

- Lead(Pb) :4 % max.(in brass : exemption 6c annex III)

0,35% max.(in steel : exemption 6a annex III)
0,4% max.(in aluminium alloy : exemption 6b annex III)
0.1 % in homogenous material

Whereas the current exemptions have an initial deadline at July 2021, following points are to consider:

 Several requests to renew existing exemptions were submitted to the Commission between
November 2019 and January 2020

 Existing exemptions for which a renewal request has been submitted remain valid until
a decision on the renewal request is taken by the Commission

 The Commission decision on renewal request(s) for an exemption will either indicate the new expiry
date in case of renewal, or, in case of rejection, grant a transition before the exemption expires

 The expected timeframe for the Commission to take a decision on a RoHS exemption
application is currently approximately 24 months from the application date

 In case of changes to current exemptions, a period of min 12 months to max. 18 months following
the Commission´s decision date will apply before changes become effective

 The full list of exemption requests submitted to the Commission between November 2019 and
January 2020 can be consulted here. A table providing an overview of Annex III and IV exemptions,
including their validity status and submitted exemption requests, is available here.

According to decision that will be taken by ECHA, LPCE division, belonging to Parker Hannifin
