their customers from last 10 years. company want to provide better service to the
customers any try to develop the strategies to make the delivery task easily, so they

The company must hire the persons with extensive knowledge on physical
management as well as software. The project has allocated $50000, so it will be
allotted very well in every relevant sector. Most importantly, for making
booking easier each courier will be given handheld computer.

can track real time on maps for their reliability. We ensure costumer for the better route

meeting and dialogue on the project issues like why parcels delay.

software can use for tracking

During product analysis, objectives and description of the product stated by the
customer or sponsor are analyzed. an evaluation report should be written with input
from the project team by the project manager to evaluate all the details of the project.
The project evaluation report should include the success of the project, evaluate all the
strengths and weaknesses of the project plan, and define opportunities for
broader organizational learning. The deliverable, compared with the deliverable

development. Whether you are planning to launch a website, a mobile application, or
any other type of digital project, writing a project specification is the first step of a
successful project and serves as the first step of project planning. It lists the needs,
objectives, constraints, expected features, deadlines, and budget as accurately as
possible. Used internally or externally, a project specification can become contractual in
the case of a service signature, and it is mandatory in the case

Work breakdown structure

of the person it is assigned to, due date, estimated cost, etc. This will help the
team understand work packages better.

flowcharts.

Consultation

for consultation including the briefing of the tasks. Also, Monthly
reports should be sent to the CEO about project progress. Lastly, If
there are any problems while the project should be recorded in the

customer or sponsor are analyzed. an evaluation report should be written with input

so far. By understanding the people choices, we have added different things. Our team
members have given very deep attention to the project and have successfully fulfilled

During the management of budget, we have added some amount to maintain the
resources for instance, adding more assets in office. We have added more staffs
understanding that if some staffs are sick and can’t come at work. So, in overall,
everything is good and consistent.

positive feedback. News of the new system have been picked by press. There is some
weakness in the project; The reduction in telephone ordering has meant that the call

change by company. The company has now approached by interstate courier services to
license out their Technology.

company must add more computers, so we have added 10 more computers for the
easiness of the staffs.
