Hrishikesh diet plan

Early morning 15-20 min before cardio


Yohimbine HCl 2.5 mg 1 tab

During cardio can take BCAA

After cardio 1 scoop of protein in water

Breakfast (After half an hour of cardio)

 Oat meal / masala oat 60 gram.

Or 2 brown bread/white bread with 1 tb sp peanut butter

 Green Tea or Black Coffee no sugar (if desired, minimal calories)

Mid-Morning Snack 12 30 pm

 1 bowl 200-400 gram papaya l

Lunch 2 pm

 Chickpea Salad / sprouts salad


 Curd 1 small bowl
 1 chapati / fulka :
o Mixed green sabji

Before work out black coffee

After work out 1 scoop protine

Dinner (Approx. 250 Calories)

 Vegetable Stir-Fry:
o 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
stir-fried with a light splash of soy sauce and other masalas
/sauces
o 1/2 cup cooked rice
o 1/4 cup tofu or paneer 100 gram
 Medicines

 After half hour of breakfast

Bicadexamine 1 tab after breakfast

Neurobian fort 1 tab

Evion 400 night

Limci vitamin c after workout
