FA : Excuse me Mr. Denzel, here is your creamy and delicious deviled egg for your appetizer.
(Excuse from the guest by saying excuse me or bowing down your heads.)
Guest : Thank you.
FA : Excuse me Ma’am/Sir, here is your soup bowl. (to be served at the right side)
FA : Excuse me Mr. Denzel, here is your hot and creamy corn soup.
(Excuse from the guest by saying excuse me or bowing down your heads.)

Note: After the guest had eaten the salad or before eating the entrée and main dish, the wine steward
can suggest a wine.

Suggestive Selling of wine.

Wine Steward: Good morning Ma’am/Sir, may I present to you the Novellino Wild Blackberry Casual Red
Wine, which is vinified from choice vitis vinifera grapes in the tradition of fine Italian
winemaking. It has 4.5 volume of alcohol which complement/match your saucy and
flavorful pork adobo.

Guest: Okay, give me 1 glass of it.


Wine steward: (pour the wine into the red wine glass without spill) Thank you sir…please excuse me.

Note: If the guest order entrée and main dish, the wine steward must present 2 types of wine, the white
wine and red wine.

Assignment: Submit a short description of white wine. You can find it in the label of the bottle.
