Role of commercial banks in socio-economic development, Credit creation, Hi-tech Banking:
Modern technology in Banking, Core banking, E-Banking, ATM, EFTS, RTGS, Internet Banking,
Mobile Banking.
2. Bank and Customer: Relationship between the Banker and the Customer, Types of accounts and 14
Deposits, Forms of lending, Documents & Procedure for loan. ALM in banks: Components of
Liabilities and Components of Assets, Significance, Purpose and Objectives. Banking Instruments:
