    SECTION 6: TERMS AND CONDITION

    6.1 The Borrower certifies that the information provided in this agreement are true and correct in every particular, which were in no
    way falsified.
    6.2 The Borrower hereby agrees and undertakes to repay the total amount repayable according to the loan agrement.
    6.3 The Borrower declares that his/her net salary is capable of meeting the fortnightly deductions as specified on the PVA l& ISDA
    lodged with the application.
    6.4 The Borrower guarantees that the PVA and ISDA is valid, not fraudulant and that deductions will definitely commence on the agreed
    pay periods.
    6.5 If a default has accured in a particular due date, a 10% default charges will be levied to that fortnight due amount.
    6.6 If a delinquent payment for two (2) consecutive months has occurred all of the remaining total loan balance including any other
    monies owing to the lender shall become immediately payable by the Borrower and recoverable by the Lender under this
    agreement and subsequent legal case will be filed in court and forward the same to CDB.
    6.7 The Lender reserves the right to refuse or to withdraw or to review the loan facility at any time for any reasons contrary to the
    loan agreement.

    SECTION 7: BORROWER’S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEBT

    7.1 I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand the content of this agreement and agree to abide by the Terms and
    Conditions as set out herein.
    7.2 I acknowledge that this loan is being made to me with interest by way of an Unsecured Peronal Loan.
    7.3 I certify that the information contained in this agreement is to the best of my knwledge, true and correct and all the information
    Previously supplied to the Lender has in no way been falsified to assist processing of my loan application.
    7.4 I agree to be publicly listed as a defaulter in the event of failure to repay my loan, and
    7.5 I shall be responsible on a full indemnity basis for all cost incurred by the Lender (including without limitation legal costs) in the
    preparation, negotiation, recovery and administration of this loan agreement in the event of default.

    SECTION 8: PAYMASTER/EMPLOYER CONFIRMATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    8.1 I/We hereby confirrm to deduct the amount specified above from employee’s fortnightly payroll starting on the START DATE, and
    that this amount will be remitted to I-FINANCE PNG LIMITED BANK ACCOUNT.
    8.2 I/We further agree that this deduction will not cease or stop without written authorization from I-FINANCE PNG LIMITED or
    until such time that the loan is fully paid.
    8.3 I/We also confirm that the borrower is an permanent employee, and not on probation or casual status, nor on suspension or
    retrenchment list.
