    PROJECT AGREEMENT: BUILDING PROJECT (additional floor) JULY 23, 2024

    PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DESIGN(additional floor)


    PROJECT TITLE:

    CLIENTS NAME:

    This document is a proof that the client stated on this document and undersigned has agreed and assigned FASTPHASE
    ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY, represented by: Arch. Romeo C. Tugano Jr., UAP, RMP, to provide the design
    production services for the Signed and Sealed Design Plan for the use of the client in which purpose it may serve him or her.

    A. FASTPHASE ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY, shall provide the following: (no more no less)

    1. Design plans and Design Documents

    1.1. Architectural/Civil Works Plans Signed and Sealed (3 sets)


    1.2. Structural Design Plans Signed and Sealed (3 sets)
    1.3. Structural Analysis
    1.4. Electrical Plans Signed and Sealed (3 sets)
    1.5. Electrical Analysis
    1.6. Sanitary/Plumbing Plans Signed and Sealed (3 sets)
    1.7. Specifications Signed and Sealed (3 sets)
    1.8. PDF of all the drawing plans of the project (email only)
    1.9. PTR and PRC of professionals who signed the plans and docs.
    1.10. All design perspective, interior and exterior design perspectives
    1.11. Site Measurements and site checking with as built floor plan of existing area

    B. Payment Terms;

    1. The total amount of the design production service is PHP. 80, 000.00
    1.1. Down Payment : (Upon signing of agreement) 40,000.00
    1.2. Second Payment : (Upon approval of design plans for engineering drawings)(25 percent)
    1.3. Final Payment : (Completion of the design production documents)(25 percent)
    C. Conditions;

    1. The maximum duration of completion of the project is 15 days


    2. FASTPHASE is not the one in charge of the construction of the project and is only on the design aspect of the project unless the
    client has agreed to do so.
    3. FASTPHASE will submit the initial concept plans and design with a maximum of 5 days
    4. Upon submission of the initial plans the client shall engage in the checking and commenting of the plans for revisions,
    finalization and corrections until the plans are corrected and validated.
    5. Upon approval of the final plans which has been subjected to corrections, the client shall then pay the second payment for the
    completion of the other drawing requirements (architectural and engineering drawings)
    6. Upon the completion of the design documents, FASTPHASE will inform the client on the project and the client shall collect the
    design documents and pay the final payment of the project in cash.
    7. The scope of the project is design production and plan preparation only.
    8. All payments shall be addressed to Ar. Romeo C. Tugano Jr.
    9. Additional 3D perspective is 3000 per view (additional works)
    10. Semi detailed bill of materials is Php 5000 and detailed bill of materials is Php 7500
    11. In charge of construction signature is 2500 per profession (additional signatures)
    12. All soft copies of the project shall be sent thru email for reference of the client or thru USB of the client upon final payment
    13. FASTPHASE owns the design production rights of the project.
    14. Any changes to be made on the project which is not deemed by the building permit body shall be charged accordingly.
    15. Once the production of the project has been started no refund shall be made.

    This AGREEMENT was agreed by the following parties;
