Aim
The overall aim of the EBU Scholarship Impact program is to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals in
education. EBU aims at targeting the learning deficit by enabling students to take part in full university programs in
Luxembourg on campus or off campus via e-Learning. EBU seeks to create equitable access to tuition free
qualitative tertiary education in countries where it does not exist.

The EBU scholarship impact program is restricted to students who are nationals and currently reside and are
physically present in their home country listed below or are refugees in another country and can prove their status.
Students from non-listed countries will be eligible if they are able to demonstrate achievement and
determination in the face of personal challenges or great adversity.
The Impact Program is operated in an e-learning online format with live webinars. Students will have the option to
travel to the campus during campus weeks each term.
