THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE 1973
THE HUMBLE PETITION OF ANTICIPATORY BAIL FILED ON THE BEHALF

OF THE ABOVE NAMED PETITIONER BEFORE THE HON’BLE SESSION
JUDGE AND HIS COMPANION JUDGES OF THIS HON’BLE COURT.
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH:

1.That the petitioner, a 54 years old man,is a politician and a social worker.
2. He did lot of social welfare and is a respectable person. But one murder has been
done in his area and the victims suspect the petitioner.
3.The petitioner is a white and clean record person and has no involvement in this
murder.
4 . The petitioner has a reason to believe that the victims can file a FIR against him.
And to save the reputation and Harrassment the courts should grand the anticipatory
bail.
6.That if no Anticipatory bail is granted the petitioner shall suffer irreparable injury.
7.That the petitioner will come operate with the police for further investigation.
8.That petitioner undertakers to abide by all the terms and conditions of the section
438 and of the order of Honorable court if bail passed.
PRAYER
Hence it is prayed that your Honour will be pleased to grant the petitioner anticipatory
bail and pass such other order or orders as Your Honour deem feet and proper.
And for this act of kindness your petitioner shall ever pray.
