Hi there! My name is Thao and I'm 19 years old. I'm thrilled to be a student at FPT University.

Let me introduce myself. I'm originally from An Giang province, but now I’m based in Can Tho
city. Now I am pursuing a major in international business. In today's world, technology is rapidly
advancing, and it's crucial to showcase our talents and abilities to stay relevant. After I graduate,
I plan to start my career as a sales staff member to gain valuable experience and adapt to new
environments. I understand that it may be challenging, but my goal is to become a sales manager,
so giving up is not an option for me. Besides, I have a keen interest in reading books, particularly
those that focus on critical thinking, and I enjoy listening to music. Reading not only expands my
knowledge but also helps me gain valuable life experiences, enabling me to adapt to different
environments and improve myself.

A: Have you ever had a bad experience when you buy something? I mean, the staff were poor

B: Can you tell me more about that experience?
A: Yesterday, I went to the store to buy a computer. I had chosen a laptop that suited my needs
and had done some research on it beforehand, but I wanted to get more information about it.
However, the store staff gave me a bad feeling. It seemed like they didn't value the customers
and didn't show any respect towards them.
B: That's a bad experience.
A: Yes, but I think it can be overlooked and forgiven. So I continued to inquire about other

them searching for the information on the web. They didn't demonstrate professionalism or
responsibility in their work. When it came to discussing the warranty policy, incentives, or the
advantages and disadvantages of the laptop, I felt like the previous staff member was new, so I
asked another staff member for help.
B: Was it better?
A: Yes, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt that the service quality in the store
was poor. I believe the store needs to provide more training for its employees on marketing,
